Tsawwassen Home Sales Summary (August 2020)

Detached home sales were also really up for July 2020 (38) when compared to the same month last year (20).  One home sold above its asking price and three homes sold at their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,850,000 (Tsawwassen Beach Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $850,000 (Erin Way).  On average it took 39 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 183 active listings (single family) on the market compared to 162 listings at the end of July. The highest priced listing currently is $4,980,000 (225 English Bluff Road) and the lowest priced listing is $825,000 (5106 12th Ave). The average list price is $1,645,896.

For condominiums and townhouses, the number of sales were down for July 2020 (14) when compared to July 2019 (16).  The highest priced condo/townhouse sold for $2,700,000 (Springs Blvd) and the lowest priced sold for $335,000 (10th Ave). The average sold price was $670,921. Currently there are 120 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (105 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $349,000 (#202 1175 Ferguson Road) and the highest priced listing is $1,178,000 (#405 5055 Springs Blvd).
