Detached home sales were down for July 2015 (29) when compared to the same month last year (40). Nine homes sold above their asking price and three homes sold at their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,715,000 (882 Tsawwassen Beach Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $733,238 (1597 Fir Springs Lane). The average sales price for July was $1,042,631 (July 2013 average $639,959). As of today there are 69 active listings on the market compared to 76 listings at the end of July. The highest priced listing currently is $5,900,000 (300 Copsfield Dr) and the lowest priced listing is $711,000 (5653 Wellsgreen Place).

Currently there are 46 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (50 last month). The lowest priced listing is $184,900 (#208 -1175 Ferguson Road) and the highest priced listing is $4,750,000 (#604-5055 Springs Blvd).
