Tsawwassen Home Sales (July 2014)
Detached home sales were way up for the month of July as there were 39 sales compared to 19 sales for the same month last year. Two homes sold above their asking price and one home sold at its asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,010,000 (852 Jackson Way) and the lowest priced home sold for $550,000 (752 Gilchrist Place). The average sales price for July was $886,594 (July 2012 average $677,266). As of today there are 142 active listings on the market compared to 153 listings at the end of June. The highest priced listing currently is $7,700,000 (1160 Boundary Bay Road) and the lowest priced listing is $498,000 (1279 Hunter Road).

Currently there are 73 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (69 last month). The highest priced listing is $1,498,888 (#210 5055 Springs Blvd) and the lowest priced listing is $209,900 (#332 1441 Garden Place).
