Tsawwassen Home Sales (April 2014)
Detached home sales were up for the month of April as there were 31 sales compared to 22 sales for the same month last year. Three sales were above their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,935,000 (731 English Bluff Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $531,000 (5874 17A Ave). The average sales price for April was $733,800 (April 2012 average $727,300). As of today there are 163 active listings on the market compared to 147 listings at the end of April. The highest priced listing currently is $7,700,000 (1160 Boundary Road) and the lowest priced listing is $529,000 (5114 11A Ave).

The highest priced listing is $1,134,800 (#408 5055 Springs Blvd) and the lowest priced listing is $188,000 (#245 5421 10th Ave).
