Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of May (15) when compared to the same month last year (22). The highest priced home sold for $1,115,000 (54th Street) and the lowest priced home sold for $182,500 (Westham Island Road).  All sales were below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 42 days. Currently there are 125 listings on the market compared to 117 at the end of May. As of today the highest priced listing is $17,495,000 (6720 60th Ave) and the lowest priced listing is $175,000 (#1 4671 West River Road).  The average list price is $1,164,210 (single family).

Currently there are 69 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 70 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,140,000 (#50 5900 Ferry Road) and the lowest priced listing is $389,900 (#117 4742 Blue Heron Way).
