Cambie Real Estate Update (October 2019)

Detached home sales (5) were up for September 2019 when compared to the same month last year (2).  The highest priced home sold for $4,000,082 and the lowest priced home sold for $2,230,000. One home sold above its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. Also four of the five homes sold above their 2019 tax assessment values. There were two price reductions during the month and no homes had their listings expire.

Currently there are 34 detached homes for sale and this is down from last month where there were  41 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $2,198,000 (53 West 41st Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $13,500,000 (4288 Cambie Street).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $4,367,901.  For all current listing information, please visit
