Cambie Real Estate Update (March 2017)

Detached home sales (2) were down for March 2017 when compared to the same month last year (12). One home sold at its asking price and one home sold below its asking price. The highest priced sale was $2,998,000 and the lowest priced sale was $2,500,000. Also one sale was above its 2016 tax assessment value and the other was below its assessment. In terms of price changes, 3 homes reduced their price and 2 listings expired.


Currently there are 25 detached homes for sale and this is down from last month where there were 26 homes for sale. The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $2,188,000 (931 West 18th Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $6,980,000 (656 West 32nd Ave). The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $3,620,920.
