Cambie Real Estate Update (June 2017)

Detached home sales (11) were up for May 2017 when compared to the same month last year (10). One home sold at its asking price and five homes sold above their asking price. The highest priced home to sell in May was for $4,556,000 and the lowest priced home to sell was for $2,400,000. Also 9 of the 11 sales were above their 2016 tax assessment values. There were no price reductions during the month or listings which expired.


Currently there are 28 detached homes for sale and this is up from last month where there were 26 homes for sale. The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $2,288,000 (5618 Columbia Street) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $11,000,000 (485 West 35th Ave).
