Cambie Real Estate Update (June 2014)

Detached home sales were down for June 2014 as there were 3 sales compared to 9 sales for the
same month last year. The highest priced home to sell in June was for $2,580,000 and the lowest
priced home to sell was for $1,838,000. One home sold over its asking price while the rest of the
sales were all below their asking price. All 3 sales were above their 2014 tax assessment values.

 

Currently there are 44 homes for sale and this is down from last month where there were 50 homes
for sale. The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $1,525,000 and the highest priced home for
sale is listed at $4,180,000. At the end of June, there were 6 home listings that expired as they
were unable to sell and there were 3 homes which lowered their asking price. For all current
