Cambie Real Estate Update (July 2016)

Detached home sales (5) were really down for July 2016 when compared to the same month last year (10).  The highest priced home to sell in July was for $5,360,000 and the lowest priced home to sell was for $2,300,000.  One home sold above its asking price and one home sold at its asking price.  Also all 5 sales were above their 2016 tax assessment values. In terms of price changes, there were 3 price reductions during the month and 1 listing expired.  

 

Currently there are 39 detached homes for sale and this is up from last month where there were 33 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $2,189,000 (564 West 17th Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $6,200,000 (588 West King Edward Ave).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $3,681,350.  For all current listing information, please visit cambie-homes.com.
