Cambie Real Estate Update (July 2015)

Detached home sales were up for July 2015 as there were 9 sales compared to 8 sales for the same month last year.  The highest priced home to sell in June was for $3,888,000 and the lowest priced home to sell was for $1,010,000.  Six homes sold over their asking price. All 9 sales were above their 2015 tax assessment values.

 

Currently there are 43 homes for sale and this is down from last month where there were 48 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $1,788,000 (639 W 21st Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $5,688,000 (416 West 27th Ave).  During July, there were two homes which reduced their price and there were four listings that expired.
