Cambie Real Estate Update (January 2017)

Detached home sales (2) were down for January 2017 when compared to the same month last year (7).  One home sold at its asking price and one home sold below its asking price. The highest priced sale was $2,395,000 and the lowest priced sale was $2,380,000. Also both sales were below their 2016 tax assessment values. In terms of price changes, 1 home reduced their price and 3 listings expired.

 

Currently there are 26 detached homes for sale and this is up from last month where there were 19 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $2,098,000 (5681 Ontario Street) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $5,999,000 (656 West King Edward Ave).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $3,556,800.
