Cambie Real Estate Update (December 2019)

Detached home sales (5) were the same for November 2019 when compared to the same month last year (5).  The highest priced home sold for $3,750,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $2,250,000. One home sold at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. Also one of the five homes sold above their 2019 tax assessment values. There were no price reductions during the month and two homes had their listings expire.


Currently there are 27 detached homes for sale and this is down from last month where there were  28 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $2,290,000 (834 West 18th Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $7,110,036 (656 McGuigan Ave).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $4,415,723.  For all current listing information, please visit Cambie-Homes.com.
