Cambie Real Estate Update (August 2019)

Detached home sales (6) were up for July 2019 when compared to the same month last year (2).  The highest priced home sold for $2,900,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,820,000. One home sold at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. Also all sales were below their 2018 tax assessment values. There were three price reductions during the month and two homes had their listings expire.

Currently there are 41 detached homes for sale and this is down from last month where there were 50 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $2,000,000 (563 West 20th Ave) and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $13,500,000 (4288 Cambie Street).  The average listing price in the Cambie area is currently $4,463,651.  For all current listing information, please visit
