Cambie Real Estate Update (April 2014)

Detached home sales were up for April 2014 as there were 15 sales compared to 13 sales for the same month last year.  The highest priced home to sell in April was for $3,100,000 and the lowest priced home to sell was for $1,408,000.  Four homes sold over their asking price and two homes sold at their asking price.  Only 1 of the 15 sales was below their 2014 tax assessment values.

 

Currently there are 57 homes for sale and this is up from last month where there were 52 homes for sale.  The lowest priced home for sale is listed at $1,100,000 and the highest priced home for sale is listed at $4,188,000.  At the end of April, there was one listing that expired as they were unable to sell and there were 7 homes which lowered their asking price.  For all current listing information, please visit cambie-homes.com.
